How to use?

1. Prepare the foot soak solution: Fill a basin or tub with warm water. The water should be comfortably warm, but not too hot to avoid burning your skin. You can also add ingredients to enhance the foot soak experience, such as Epsom salts, essential oils, herbs, or bath bombs. 2. Soak your feet: Once you've prepared the foot soak solution, immerse your feet in the water. Sit back and relax for 10 to 30 minutes, allowing the warm water and added ingredients to work their magic. 3. Massage your feet: While soaking, you can gently massage your feet to further relax muscles and improve circulation. You can use your hands or a foot massager for this step. 4. Dry and moisturize: After soaking, remove your feet from the water and pat them dry with a towel. Apply a Floved Body Yogurt or Floved Foot Balm to keep your skin hydrated and soft. 5. Clean up: Dispose of the foot soak water and clean the basin or tub to prevent bacteria buildup. Remember to be cautious with water temperature, especially if you have reduced sensitivity in your feet due to certain medical conditions like diabetes.

This helps remove any dirt, sweat, or dead skin cells, allowing the balm to penetrate more effectively. 2. Dry your feet: After washing, make sure to dry your feet completely, paying particular attention to the spaces between your toes. 3. Apply the foot balm: Take a small amount of foot balm onto your fingertips. You don't need a lot—a pea-sized amount is usually sufficient for each foot. Gently massage the balm onto your feet, focusing on dry or rough areas like the heels, balls of the feet, and any calluses. 4. Massage your feet: As you apply the foot balm, take the opportunity to massage your feet gently. Use circular motions and apply light pressure to help the balm penetrate the skin and improve circulation. Massaging your feet can also promote relaxation and relieve tension. 5. Repeat as needed: For best results, use foot balm regularly, ideally daily or as needed. Consistent use can help keep your feet soft, smooth, and moisturized, preventing dryness, cracking, and discomfort.
